The “Who’s Who and Relationship Law” seminar was created using information technology based on experiential design teaching. It is a program designed to improve individuals’ communication and relationship skills. The program highlights the differences between our assumptions and reality. The relationship and communication problems that arise as a result of these differences are deciphered.
The main objective of the seminar is to decipher the causes of communication problems experienced by individuals in their relationships. In order to reveal this, theoretical knowledge is provided along with practical information during the seminar. The presentation content is supported by rich metaphors and case studies, making it a process where everyone can find something relevant to themselves. As a result, the information shared during the seminar leads to outcomes aimed at resolving communication issues within families, within organizations, and in the relationships between organizations and their stakeholders.
Sometimes people look for the wrong gains in the wrong places in order to be happy and successful. They expect positive results from wrong behaviors and wrong moves.
