Our organization has strengthened its work, which began in 1998, with scientific foundations through a journey that spans from individual development to organizational transformation. Over the years, our approach, which draws on different disciplines, has continued to develop and inspire thousands of people in more than 30 countries.
DTÖ was systematized by Yahya Hamurcu in 2007. Hamurcu’s origins date back to the personal development seminars he gave to PDR students at Istanbul University in 1998. These seminars were eventually compiled under the title “Success Psychology” and then evolved into DTÖ.
In 2000, Hamurcu reviewed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques for scientific consistency; he removed those he found inconsistent from the curriculum and added his own data. This revised content was named “New NLP.”
The approach, which initially focused solely on individual success patterns, has evolved over time.
has been expanded to include. These tested data have been adapted to areas such as teamwork, entrepreneurship, and relationship management.
DTÖ-based training and seminars have been implemented in Turkish universities, public institutions, private sector companies, and NGOs since 2007. The approach reaches a wide target audience, from individuals to managers. It has been promoted in more than 30 countries through international events.
Seminars usually begin with an emphasis on “all content being consistent with each other and experimentally verifiable.” Participants are encouraged to test the information provided in the field.
Sometimes people look for the wrong gains in the wrong places in order to be happy and successful. They expect positive results from wrong behaviors and wrong moves.
