At our faculty, seminars were held on December 6-7, 2018, under the title “Communication Mastery Summit” by the Institute of Experiential Design Teaching.
The seminars, which provided theoretical and practical knowledge aimed at deciphering the sources of communication problems, lasted two days. Topics such as “What is experiential design education?”, “What is communication, what is not communication?”, and “What are the types of communication?” were discussed in the seminars, which were met with great interest by the students.
An event titled “Mastery in Communication Summit” was held at the Sakarya University Sakarya Vocational School Conference Hall. The Experiential Design Teaching Institute (DTÖ) organized a two-day event titled “Mastery in Communication Summit” on October 30-31, 2017, at the Sakarya University Sakarya Vocational School Conference Hall.
The Faculty of Education at our university organized a “Communication Mastery Summit” under the guidance of Experiential Design Teaching. The event, held in the Faculty of Education Conference Hall, attracted significant interest from our academic and administrative staff as well as our students. The training, which aimed to enhance communication skills in daily life, covered topics such as types of communication, effective communication, and the art of understanding people. It also addressed how to prevent problems arising from misunderstandings and unrealistic expectations between individuals.
During the Communication Mastery summit, which attracted intense interest from students and academic staff and lasted for two days, topics such as “Experiential Design Teaching,” “What is Communication, What It Is Not,‘ ‘Types of Communication,’ ‘The Art of Understanding People,‘ ‘The Law of Mysterious Contrasts,’ ‘Misconceptions and Ego Illusions in Communication,‘ ‘Three-Dimensional Communication,’ and ‘Speaking in Front of an Audience.’ The summit concluded with Nazilli Vocational School Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa ÖZÇAĞ presenting certificates of appreciation to the educators of the “Transformation Academy.”
On the first day of the summit, answers were given to questions such as “What is Experiential Design Teaching? What approach is being followed and what are its objectives?” Topics such as how to approach the concept of communication, which has a very broad definition, and how effective communication can be achieved were explained. Starting with the individual themselves, topics such as the theory of representational systems, the states of representational systems within life, and meta-programs were discussed under the heading of “the art of understanding people.” The first day concluded with the topic of GIZ-ZIT, or the “law of mysterious opposites.”
The “Communication Mastery Summit” organized by the Experiential Design Teaching Institute took place on October 24-25 at Ayvansaray University’s Merter Campus.
The summit program, which addressed many communication-focused topics, continued for two days with presentations by distinguished instructors and students based on their areas of expertise.
Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University (KSÜ) hosted the Communication Mastery Summit organized by the Transformation House Institute of Success Psychology.
The opening speech of the summit, held at the KSÜ Senem Ayşe Conference Hall, was delivered by our university’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Durmuş Deveci. Emphasizing the importance of communication in all areas, Rector Deveci addressed the students, advising them to make the most of such platforms, where experts in the field participate, to gain valuable insights.
Experiential Design Teaching instructors informed students about what teaching is: “People always want to learn the truth in life. Experiential teaching enables us to distinguish between truth and falsehood. Experiential teaching talks about truths.”
The following was said about the contributions of experiential teaching to human life: “Experiential teaching brings comfort to our lives. It makes us foresighted. There are traces and signs in our lives. Sometimes people cannot see them, and sometimes they do not want to see them. Nothing in life happens suddenly. Experiential teaching enables us to develop foresight through traces and signs.”
Experiential Design Teaching A seminar on “Mastering Communication” was given to our Vocational School students by the instructors.
The seminar was held on April 10-11, 2018, in our school’s conference hall by the faculty members of the Experiential Design Department. Many of our students attended the seminar with great interest. On behalf of the students of Keşan Vocational School, Director Dr. Süleyman KÖK expressed his gratitude to the faculty members of the Experiential Design Department and expressed his hope that such initiatives would continue.
At the summit organized by Gebze Technical University (GTÜ) Career Development Center (KAGEM) and Entrepreneurship and Career Planning Society (GİKAP), training sessions were conducted by expert trainers from Dönüşüm Konağı Success Psychology Institute. On the first day, the following topics were covered: Experiential Design Theory, Communication and Its Forms, The Art of Understanding Human Nature, and The Law of Mysterious Opposites. On the second day of the summit, training sessions were held on General Communication Strategies, Misconceptions in Communication, The Mind’s Filters in Communication, The Cost of Communication, Three-Dimensional Communication with Expectations, and Public Speaking.
During the two-day summit led by training experts from the Experiential Design Teaching Institute, the first day covered experiential design teaching, what communication is and isn’t, types of communication, the art of understanding people, representation systems, meta-programs, and the law of GIZ-ZIT relationships. On the second day, participants were enlightened on general communication strategies, managing costs and expectations in communication, three-dimensional communication, and stage presentation skills.
The main topic of the program, which was attended by Experiential Design Teaching educators as speakers, was quality communication and the importance of communication. As part of the Social Responsibility Project, the summit program, which was held free of charge, was divided into specific lesson periods over two days. On the first day of the program, topics such as what communication is, types of communication, and the art of understanding people were discussed. On the second day, topics such as the GIZ-ZIT relationship law, expectation management in communication, and stage presentation skills were covered.
On the first day of the two-day summit program held at the Mehmet Parmaksızoğlu Conference Hall, presentations were given on “Experiential Design Teaching, Communication, the Art of Understanding People, and the Law of Mysterious Contrasts” with the aim of helping us better understand ourselves and our surroundings in our daily lives.
On the second day of the summit, where each topic was presented by a different expert, the focus was on topics such as “General Communication Strategies, Misconceptions and Mental Filters in Communication, The Cost of Communication, Expectations in Communication, Three-Dimensional Communication, and Public Speaking,” which are particularly relevant to situations we may encounter in both daily life and professional settings.
Throughout the program, trainers provided participants with important advice on how better communication skills can help them understand themselves and others better, identify the real causes of problems they encounter, and generate realistic solutions, enabling them to become stronger, happier, and more successful in their work, school, and personal lives.
Guest speakers noted that, in today’s rapidly changing world, individuals can improve their quality of life by adapting to these changes and communicating effectively.
Sometimes people look for the wrong gains in the wrong places in order to be happy and successful. They expect positive results from wrong behaviors and wrong moves.
